Visited this dealership to learn about the Mazda lineup, and walked out shaking my head. We were met kindly by a person at the front desk, but were turned over to an unenergetic young sales person in Joe. He didn't seem interested in helping or trying to sell us a vehicle. We ended up buying a different brand from a professional dealership and sales person that same day.

Recently had a great experience helping my daughter buy a new Mazda. Our salesperson Rosa and sales manager Mark couldn't have been easier to work with. Showed her a few cars and colors. No high pressure to stay when she wanted to go look at a few other brands. Once she had settled on the Mazda, working the numbers and finalizing a deal was very nice. Beware of high dollar add-ons and junk fees. My sales process was kind of clunky..Did not buy.

After being in the business for 29 years, he has extensive knowledge of cars. This dealership knows how to keep the business going. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE!! CROOKS!! They sold me a vehicle that they claimed they fixed the problem and didn't!! On the same day driving the vehicle home the check engine light came on and the vehicle vibration came back. They sold me a warranty that they said would cover it and now that warranty company says its not covered. I haven't had the car for more than one day..its been at Napleton Mazda and now at Napleton Chevy. Not napleton chevy says it going to be $650 or more. When Marty Napleton said they would take care of it!!! Told them to cancel the purchase cause it's a lemon. They said I stuck with the vehicle and stuck paying for the repairs.. ABSOLUTE CROOKS AT THIS PLACE!! PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THEM. YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT

If there was a option for negative stars Napleton Mazda deserves -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Bought a used car there drove it 3 days… on the second day the gas tank straps broke and the gas tank dropped on I-88! So i fixed that… then the 3rd day it would not start! Brought it back to them only for them to tell me they cannot fix it because they cant figure out the problem! Also said they do not have wire diagrams for it!! You would think a professional mechanic would be able to Obtain wire diagrams! Lazy ??? Or just don’t care about their customers.
