Purchased a used car and extended warranty. Two days later the check engine light came on it is was a $7500 fix on a $8500 car that was all of a sudden not covered under the warranty. Had to fight to get back what we paid for the car but they refused to give the full amount and ended losing $1700 they would not give back. Visited this dealership to learn about the Mazda lineup, and walked out shaking my head. We were met kindly by a person at the front desk, but were turned over to an unenergetic young sales person in Joe. He didn't seem interested in helping or trying to sell us a vehicle. We ended up buying a different brand from a professional dealership and sales person that same day.
Recently had a great experience helping my daughter buy a new Mazda. Our salesperson Rosa and sales manager Mark couldn't have been easier to work with. Showed her a few cars and colors. No high pressure to stay when she wanted to go look at a few other brands. Once she had settled on the Mazda, working the numbers and finalizing a deal was very nice. Dan Eugea was my sales representative who was very knowledgeable about Miatas. Dan is a good listener. He asked questions about what I wanted in a newer Miata. He gave me input so I good make the best decision as to which model. I ended up purchasing a low mileage certified Mazda. My purchasing experience was good and the service personnel are great. I had my prior Mazda for 14 years. My new Miata puts a smile on my face everyday.
I really enjoyed working with Jenny Rosson at Continental Mazda of Naperville. It was a very stress free process - no pressure, no rushing. They have a test track that you can use for the test drive - that was fun ! She spent a great deal of time answering questions, and going over the various trim levels of the CX-5 SUV. We really enjoyed the experience, and feel like we got a very fair deal on both the car and the trade-in. Highly recommended.

He explained all the features on the car in detail. The transaction took just over 2 hours and everyone we encountered was extremely professional.
Had great attention from Consuela Regal who had just the car I was looking for. The price for this 360 mile demo car made it an excellent value. Robert Orwat was also quite thorough and patient in going over all the paperwork. They delivered the car "on the red carpet", which was a nice tough. I would highly recommend Consuela and the entire Continental Motors experience.

I absolutely LOVE my new 2015 pre-certified Mazda5! Even though I was there for 3 hours Dan Eugea and Tim Murray were eager to answer every question and put my mind to rest down to the tiniest detail. I was floored that they offered a shuttle to come get me at home so I could get my new car. The detailing you did on the car was phenomenal... makes it look practically brand new and I had several comments about it. We went to other mazda dealerships and they played many of the same old school car salesman games. This dealership was VERY different, they were very fair on trade in value as well as beat the truecar.com listed price so if you are looking at a mazda save yourself the trouble and just go here!!
